Lorraine Oberholtzer, RD, LD of Wheatfield Nutrition Consulting, LLC is a Registered Dietitian health coach who is also a consultant to the food industry for nutrition and regulatory compliance. She consults for a variety of food companies, both large and small, chefs, and local and national restaurant chains. She designs and analyzes recipes, creates NLEA labels for food companies and is currently co-authoring a cooking guide. She has consulted for DineEquity, Inc. (the shared service organization for Applebee’s and IHOP restaurant chains), Russell Stover Chocolates, and the Kansas-City-based Salty Iguana restaurant chain, among others.
