About Claudia Dziuk O’Donnell

Claudia O’Donnell has nearly 40 years of experience in food product R&D and as an editor covering consumer and ingredient technology trends. She is co-owner of Global Food Forums®, Inc., and program planner for its annual Protein Trends & Technology Seminars, Clean Label Conferences and Sweetener Systems Conferences. She was integral to the production of its 2017 R&D Report: Protein Ingredients.

Before Global Food Forums, she was technical editor on Dairy Foods and Prepared Foods magazine where she eventually became chief editor. Prior to that, Claudia was director of QC for Orval Kent Foods (now part of Reser’s Fine Foods); R&D/QC director for Alex Foods (which became Don Miguel Foods/MegaMex, a joint venture between Hormel Foods and Herdez Del Fuerte) and she started her professional career as a R&D food technologist with International Multifoods (primarily working on a line of processed meats line now owned by Oberto Sausage).
